just my mechanical pencil this time, don't even have my 'liquify' to fix it up with...

see, the thing is... when trying to come up with a basic design, i have to over-simplify, since if i drew every idea i have like this, i'd, well, get very little done overall

i tend to first over-complicate, then over-simplify, then add complications...
(this is the complication, btw) (i think...)

he would really need a layer or two of colour just to be distinguishable...
what appears to be his left shoulder is in fact metallic, armour-plated or cryogenic or whatever the word is...
and his right arm has like an armlet, whereas his left hand has a glove and armour-plating, the two seem to blend together, if you don't know what you're looking at...
